ROW 89 is a beauty and aesthetics studio at 219A East 89th Street, between Second and Third Avenues on the Upper East Side. Formerly Kamila Skin Care, we have been on East 89th Street since 2010. One street entrance leads to two floors: ROW 89 Nails & Lashes on the first floor, and ROW 89 Aesthetics, with facials, peels, laser and injectables, on the second.

This guide walks through what is on the menu, what it costs and how to pick a starting point. Every price below comes from our current booking menu; confirm availability when you book.

Facials

Facials start at $89 for the 60-minute Advanced Pore Cleansing Facial, and most run $109–$159. The menu covers the most common reasons people book:

  • Congestion and blackheads: the Advanced Pore Cleansing Facial ($89) or the Deep Pore Cleansing Facial ($119), both 60 minutes with extractions.
  • Breakouts: the Acne Facial ($109), or for ongoing acne, the Clear Skin Acne Program ($795 for six treatments, starting with a free 15-minute consult with Rocio Romero, PA-C).
  • Dryness and dullness: the Ultra-Hydrating Glow Facial ($148, 80 minutes), the Hydradermie Facial ($139) or the Vitamin C Facial ($109).
  • Fine lines and firmness: the Anti-Aging and Collagen Facials ($139, 80 minutes) and the Radio Frequency Facial ($159).

Not sure which one fits? Our skin-type guide to facials matches each facial to a concern, and the full list is on the facials page.

Chemical peels

Peels loosen dull surface cells so smoother skin shows through. The peel menu has three options: the Express Peel ($89, 45 minutes), the Glycolic Peel 50% ($109, 60 minutes) and the ASA Peel ($139, 60 minutes). Fall and winter are a practical time to start a series, since there is less sun exposure; read why fall and winter are peel season.

RF microneedling

RF microneedling combines fine needles with radiofrequency energy and is often chosen for texture, acne scarring and firmness. A 60-minute appointment is $159, or it can be added to a facial for $85 for the face or neck. Most clients plan a short series.

Injectables with Rocio Romero, PA-C

Botox, Dysport and dermal and lip fillers are performed by Rocio Romero, PA-C, our Practice Director. Every new injectable patient starts with a 45-minute New Patient Consult for $150, credited toward a service or product purchased the same day. Treatment pricing is discussed at the consult, after Rocio has assessed your face and goals. See injectables for details.

Hair removal: laser and electrolysis

Laser hair removal is available for women and men, with small areas such as the upper lip or chin starting at $59. For light, gray or red hair, which lasers do not target well, electrolysis treats each hair individually, from $49 for a 5-minute session. Our guide to electrolysis vs. laser explains which suits which hair.

Nails

On the first floor, manicures start at $22 and pedicures at $32. Color gel manicures are $49, and ANC powder gel manicures are $61. Spa pedicures ($89) include callus care. The full menu is on the manicure and pedicure page.

Lashes and brows

Lash extensions start at $119 for a natural set of 110 lashes per eye, with hybrid and glamour sets and touch-ups priced by timing. A lash lift is $139, and brow and lash tinting is $39. Microblading and brow powder are also offered; see brows.

Reiki and body treatments

For something calmer, Reiki sessions run from a 15-minute express session ($39) to 60 minutes ($129). Body treatments include a purifying back treatment ($89) and a cellulite treatment ($169).

Membership

If you come in regularly, the ROW 89 membership is $90 a month and includes two color gel manicures and two regular pedicures each month, plus 50% off facials, 10% off additional services and 20% off in-stock products. Read the terms on the membership page before joining.

Gift cards

A facial, a manicure or a lash lift makes an easy gift for a neighbor, a teacher or a friend who could use an hour off. ROW 89 gift cards are available in any amount online or at the front desk, and they can be used on either floor.

How to choose where to start

  • Start with your main concern, not a treatment name. Congestion, breakouts, dullness, lines and unwanted hair each point to a different appointment.
  • Medical treatments start with a consult. Injectables and the acne program begin with Rocio, who reviews your history and goals first.
  • Plan around events. Peels, RF microneedling and injectables need days to weeks to settle; our holiday timing guide has the details.
  • Ask questions. Call (212) 722-1959 if you are unsure which booking to make.
