Which Facial Is Right for You? A Guide to ROW 89's Facial Menu
ROW 89 Team • October 16, 2026 • 4 min read

Looking at a facial menu can feel like reading a list of ingredients without a recipe. Deep cleansing, hydrating, anti-aging, collagen, peels, add-ons: which one actually fits your skin? This guide maps common skin goals to the facials on ROW 89's menu so you can book with more confidence. If you are still unsure after reading, our estheticians can help you choose at your visit.
This article is general information, not medical advice. If you have a skin condition or take medications that affect your skin, your provider will advise you on what is appropriate.
If your skin feels congested
Clogged pores, blackheads and a dull, rough texture are some of the most common reasons people book a facial.
- Deep Pore Cleansing Facial ($89, 60 min): A good starting point if your main goal is a thorough cleanse and extractions.
- Microdermabrasion ($89, 45 min): Mechanical exfoliation that may help smooth rough texture and brighten dull skin. It is generally not done on active, inflamed breakouts.
If you are dealing with breakouts
- Acne Facial ($109, 60 min): Designed for acne-prone skin, with cleansing and careful extractions where appropriate.
If breakouts are ongoing rather than occasional, one facial is often not enough on its own. Our Clear Skin Acne Program combines a consultation with Rocio Romero, PA-C, a series of Acne Facials and Mandelic Peels with LED light therapy, a home-care plan and a progress check. It is built for people who want a structured plan over a few months.
If your skin looks dull or uneven
- Vitamin C Facial ($109, 60 min): Often chosen for brightness and a more even-looking tone.
- Dermaplaning ($139, 60 min): Gently removes the top layer of dead skin and fine facial hair, which may leave skin smoother and help makeup sit more evenly. Not recommended on inflamed acne.
If your skin feels dry or dehydrated
- Hydradermie Facial ($139, 60 min): A facial focused on hydration and helping products absorb into the skin.
- Ultra-Hydrating Glow Facial ($148, 80 min): A longer treatment for skin that feels tight or looks tired, with a focus on hydration and glow. A good choice before an event.
If you are focused on fine lines and firmness
- Anti-Aging Facial ($139, 80 min): Targets common concerns such as fine lines and loss of radiance.
- Collagen Facial ($139, 80 min): Focused on supporting skin that looks less firm or plump than it used to.
- Radio Frequency Facial ($159, 80 min): Uses radio frequency energy to gently warm the skin. Many clients choose it as a non-invasive option when firmness is the main concern, often as a series.
Changes in firmness tend to be gradual, so your esthetician may suggest a series rather than a single visit. Results vary from person to person.
Chemical peels
Peels use acids to exfoliate the skin. They can be a good option for texture, dullness and breakouts, depending on the peel and your skin type. On our menu:
- Express Peel ($89): A lighter option if you are new to peels or short on time.
- Glycolic 50% Peel ($109): Often chosen for dullness and uneven texture.
- ASA Peel ($139): A stronger option your esthetician may recommend depending on your goals and skin.
Peels are not right for everyone. If you use prescription retinoids, have recently had sun exposure, or have sensitive skin, let your esthetician know before your appointment.
Add-ons
You can add an extra step to many facials:
- Oxygen add-on ($59): Often chosen for a refreshed, hydrated finish.
- Hydradermie add-on ($39): Adds hydration-focused treatment to another facial.
Quick guide
- First facial or just want a reset: Deep Pore Cleansing
- Occasional breakouts: Acne Facial
- Ongoing acne: Clear Skin Acne Program
- Dull skin: Vitamin C, Dermaplaning or Glycolic Peel
- Dry or dehydrated skin: Hydradermie or Ultra-Hydrating Glow
- Fine lines or firmness: Anti-Aging, Collagen or Radio Frequency
Before you book
A few things can help your esthetician choose the right treatment:
- Mention any prescription skincare, recent procedures, or allergies
- Avoid waxing or strong exfoliants on your face for a few days beforehand
- Tell us if you have an event coming up, so we can time treatments well
If you are torn between two options, book the one that matches your main concern and ask your esthetician at the appointment. They can adjust the treatment or suggest what to try next time.
