ROW 89 is east of Carnegie Hill, on the same street as the Guggenheim. Walking is usually the simplest route.
From the Guggenheim Museum (Fifth Avenue & 89th Street)
Walk east on East 89th Street, crossing Madison, Park, Lexington and Third Avenues. ROW 89 is on the next block, before Second Avenue, at 219A East 89th Street. Allow roughly 12–15 minutes.
From Cooper Hewitt (Fifth Avenue & 91st Street)
Walk two blocks south on Fifth Avenue to 89th Street, then follow East 89th Street east past Third Avenue.
From the Jewish Museum (Fifth Avenue & 92nd Street)
Walk three blocks south on Fifth Avenue to 89th Street, then follow East 89th Street east past Third Avenue.
By subway
The 4, 5 and 6 at 86th Street and Lexington Avenue is about a 10-minute walk. The Q at 86th Street and Second Avenue is about a 5-minute walk.
