Why a program
Acne responds to consistency, not a one-off visit.
Clogged pores, oil and inflammation build up over weeks, so most people see the biggest change from regular professional treatments combined with the right products at home. A single facial can leave skin feeling cleaner, but breakouts often return within a few weeks.
The Clear Skin Acne Program gives you a plan from a medical provider, treatments at a steady pace, and a check-in partway through so the plan can change if your skin needs something different.
How it works
Seven visits over about three months.
Visit 1
Skin consultation with Rocio Romero PA-C
A 45-minute visit to look at your breakouts, review your skin history, current products and medications, and take progress photos. You leave with a written plan and a home-care routine. If Rocio judges it appropriate, she may discuss prescription options, or refer you to a dermatologist for severe or cystic acne.
Visits 2, 4 and 6
Acne Facial with LED light therapy
Deep cleansing, gentle extractions of blackheads and clogged pores (inflamed or cystic spots are never squeezed), and a calming finish with LED light therapy.
Visits 3, 5 and 7
Mandelic Peel with LED light therapy
A mandelic acid peel to exfoliate and help keep pores clear. Mandelic acid is a gentle acid often chosen for sensitive skin and for skin that tends to darken after breakouts. Each peel ends with LED light therapy.
After visit 5
Progress check with Rocio
Rocio compares your photos with your first visit and adjusts the plan, the peel strength or your home routine if needed. Included in the program.
Treatments are spaced two to three weeks apart. After the program, many clients continue with a monthly Acne Facial or peel to maintain results.
What is included
$795 for the full program
One price covers the consultation, all six treatments, the LED light therapy and your progress check.

Your home routine matters
Most of the work happens between visits. Rocio will recommend a simple routine for your skin, which often includes a gentle cleanser with an acne-fighting ingredient such as salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide, a treatment product, an oil-free moisturizer and a daily sunscreen.
During the program, avoid picking or squeezing spots, harsh scrubs, and starting new strong products without asking us first.

Meet Rocio and the teamQuestions about the program
How much is the Clear Skin Acne Program?
The program is $795 in total for the consultation and all six treatments. If you book the $150 New Patient Consult and enroll in the program the same day, the $150 is credited toward the program. Home-care products are sold separately.
How long does the program take?
About three to four months. Treatments are spaced every two to three weeks so your skin can recover and respond between visits.
Who is the program for?
Adults and teens with ongoing breakouts, blackheads, clogged pores or oily, congested skin who want a structured plan rather than a single facial. Rocio will tell you at your consultation whether the program suits your skin.
Who is it not right for?
Severe, painful or cystic acne usually needs medical treatment first, and Rocio may refer you to a dermatologist. Tell us if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have taken isotretinoin (Accutane) in the past year, or use prescription retinoids, as these affect which treatments are safe for you.
Will my skin be clear at the end?
Results differ from person to person, and no treatment can promise clear skin. The program is designed to give your skin consistent professional care and a home routine you can keep using. Your progress photos help you and Rocio see what is working.
Is there downtime?
Usually very little. Skin can look pink for a few hours after a peel and may flake lightly for a few days. Use sunscreen every day during the program, because peels make skin more sensitive to the sun.
What about acne scars?
Scars and marks are treated after active breakouts are under control. RF microneedling ($159 per session) is one option Rocio may suggest once your skin is calmer. Microneedling, dermaplaning and microdermabrasion are not done on inflamed acne.
Who performs the treatments?
Rocio Romero PA-C, a board-certified physician assistant, sees you for the consultation and progress check. ROW 89 estheticians perform the facials and peels following her plan.
