ROW 89 Nails & Lashes is on the first floor of 219A East 89th Street, between Second and Third Avenues on the Upper East Side, about five minutes on foot from the Q at 86th Street.
Also on the first floor: manicures and pedicures, from $22 for a regular manicure, so you can book lashes and nails in one visit.

How long do lash extensions last?
Extensions fall out with your natural lashes as they shed, so most clients book a touch-up every two to four weeks. Touch-ups are priced by the time since your last visit: $69 within 1–2 weeks, $79 within 2–3 weeks and $89 at 3–4 weeks. A mini touch-up is $59 for 60 minutes.
How long does a full set take?
Plan on 90 minutes for a Natural Look set ($119, 110 lashes per eye) and 120 minutes for a Hybrid ($129, 120 lashes per eye) or Glamour Look set ($169, 150 lashes per eye). Arrive without eye makeup so your lash artist can start right away.
Do you offer lash lifts and tinting?
Yes. An eyelash lift is a 60-minute appointment ($139) that curls your natural lashes, with no extensions to maintain. Book a lash lift by phone: (212) 722-1959. Eyebrow and eyelash tinting is $39 for 40 minutes, and extension removal is $35.
