Payment Processing
We use third-party payment processors (e.g., Booker) to handle all financial transactions. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers. Your payment data is subject to the privacy policies of our payment processors.
Cookies and Analytics
With your permission, we use Google Analytics to measure visits to public website pages and clicks on booking, telephone, email, shopping and directions links. Analytics loads only after you select “Allow analytics.” You can decline or change your choice using “Analytics preferences” in the footer. Declining does not prevent you from browsing or booking.
Our website analytics events do not include contact-form contents, names, email addresses, phone numbers, appointment details or payment information. We do not enable advertising personalization or Google Signals in this website integration. Meta Pixel on ad landing pages
We use the Meta Pixel only on a small number of landing pages that visitors reach from our Facebook and Instagram ads (web addresses beginning with row89.nyc/go/). It is not used anywhere else on our website. It loads only after you allow it, and it does not follow you to other pages of our site.
When allowed, it tells Meta that a page was viewed and whether a booking or contact link was clicked, so we can measure our ads. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, appointment details, health information or the specific treatment you looked at as event details, and we turn off Meta's automatic collection of page content. Meta processes this information under its own policies; see Meta's Privacy Policy. You can decline or change your choice using “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of those pages.
Booking is provided by Booker / Mindbody under its own privacy and cookie policies. A click on a booking link indicates interest and does not confirm that an appointment was completed.

If you are a New York resident, you have certain rights regarding your personal information, including the right to know, correct, delete, and opt-out of the sale of your data. To exercise these rights, please contact us.
Communications
